One of these paintings, a self portrait now hangs in the Murwillumbah Regional Gallery.

Bill has paintings in public and private collections throughout Australia, England, USA, South-east Asia, South Africa, Belgium and Japan.

While a member of the Royal Art Society of Sydney and the Victorian Guild of Realist Artists of Melbourne, two of his paintings were selected to hang in an exhibition of Australian art with the Royal Society of British Artists at the the Mall Galleries London, UK.

A leather bound limited edition volume of two hundred of his pen drawings called Hastings Heritage was sealed in a time capsule and buried in the Port Macquarie Town Green in 1982 by the then Deputy Prime Minister, the right honourable Doug Anthony and is to be retrieved in the year 2082.

Over the past few years he has exhibited solely with the Red Hill Gallery in Brisbane and held several successful one man exhibitions in that gallery.
